👨🏻🏫 اشتباه رایج
1️⃣ برای کلمات school, kindergarten, college, university, church, prison, jail وقتی از a/the/my و... استفاده می‌کنیم که به یک مورد خاص از آن‌ها اشاره کنیم.
مثال:
• She goes to a very good school.
او به یک مدرسه‌ی خیلی خوب می‌رود.
• Our two boys go to the same school.
دو تا پسر ما به یک مدرسه می‌روند.
• The new prison has a special security wing for dangerous criminals.
• Three prisoners escaped from a jail.
• There was a fire in the jail last night.
• She was rejected the first time she applied to the university, but when she reapplied the following year she was accepted.
• The procession moved into the church.

2️⃣ وقتی به مدرسه بعنوان یک مکان یا محل فعالیت اشاره می‌کنیم، از a/the/my و... استفاده نمی‌کنیم و عباراتی مثل leave school، go to school، start school و...بکار می‌رود (برای کلمات school, kindergarten, college, university church, prison, jail نیز همین قاعده وجود دارد).
مثال:
• Most children go to primary school at the age of five.
اکثر بچه‌ها در گنج سالگی به دبستان می‌روند.
• She spent a year in jail.
او یک سال را در زندان گذراند.
• Students often find work soon after leaving university.
دانش‌آموزان معمولاً بعد از اتمام دانشگاه زود کار پیدا می‌کنند.
• She doesn’t go to church very often these days.
• He has been released from jail.
• They deserve to be put in prison.
