Job Title: Logistics & Mobility Recruitment Officer
Department: Logistics & Mobility
Reporting To: HR Officer & Logistics Manager
Working Hours: Administrative Working Hours 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday to Thursday
Role Overview:
In Lezzoo Logistics & Mobility, the recruitment officer is the key person responsible for growing the fleet size with the quality of drivers that are up to standards with Lezzoo
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sourcing Drivers: Finding drivers from various sources for interviews based on the demand assigned to them.
2.Interviewing Drivers: Interviewing drivers and making sure they are up to Lezzoo standards and are viable candidates.
3.Scheduling Training & Tests: Making sure drivers are assigned training & test times and dates and that they actually show up to the training & test scheduled for them.
4.Demand Alignment: Communicating and aligning with the demand forecasting individuals and management team to ensure the availability of drivers and their correct allocation.
5.Social Media Recruitment Pipeline: Posting ads, and managing the incoming requests in order to maintain an active pipeline.
6.Offline Recruitment: Sourcing drivers by visiting and coordinating with recruitment agencies, and recruiting drivers from taxi unions, transportation unions, or any group that can supply drivers.
Skills and Qualifications:
1.Proficiency in Arabic, and Kurdish
2.Proficient computer skills
3.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel or Google Docs and Sheets.
4.Ability to work under pressure
5.Good communication skills
6.Experience in logistics is a plus
