Job Opportunity: Admin/Finance Manager

Farhan Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admin/Finance Manager to oversee and manage financial and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will work directly under the CEO and ensure smooth financial management across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial transactions, ensuring accurate recording and reporting.
• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budget forecasts for the management.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and financial policies.
• Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and other HR-related financial matters.
• Track company expenses, cash flow, and financial risks to optimize cost efficiency.
• Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and investment portfolios.
• Develop and implement financial strategies for business growth.
• Oversee procurement, office administration, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure smooth coordination between finance, HR, and administration departments.
• Provide financial insights and reports to the CEO for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar managerial role.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
