Love can include affection, interest, respect and commitment.
It has different definitions from different perspectives:

1 Romantic love: It is an emotional and deep feeling towards a partner, which is usually accompanied by emotional and physical attraction.

2 Love between parents and children shows an emotional support and care.

3 Self love: Self respect and attention are essential, it shows self confidence.

4 Spiritual love: It shows relationship between god and universe.

Love can be the deepest and the most influential people's experience, that it can be painful and challenging.

How do I stay healthy? 🤖

I try to stay healthy by doing simple things every day.
First, I eat fruits and vegetables because they are good for my body.
I drink a lot of water and avoid too much soda.
Every morning I go for a walk or do some light exercise.
It makes me feel strong and happy.
At night, I make sure to sleep at least eight hours.
Sleep helps my body rest and gives me energy for the next day.
I also wash my hands before eating and after playing outside to stay clean and avoid getting sick.
Lastly, I try to stay happy and not worry too much because stress can make me feel tired.
These small habits help me stay healthy and active every day.

Excellent is not an act ,but a habit .

One day ,a student came to me.She was very sad .She said ,teacher ,i want to speak English,but i always forget .

I smiled and said ," do not worry ".
Fluency is not about remembering all the words .It's about practice.

She look at me with hope in her eyes .
But how can i practice it ? She asked .I told her , " Practice is everywhere .You can practice talking to your friends,by listening to the stories ,by singing songs.You can practice every moment of the day. "

I remember when i was in a school.I loved stories .I would listen to them in the night .My teacher would read to us and i would repeat the words.At the first ,i was slow but with time ,i become faster .I learned new words ,and my confidence grew.

Another student asked me , " Teacher is fluency only about speaking fast ? I said ,No.Fluency is about clearly.It's about making others understand,you do not to speak quickly.But you have to speak with confidence.
