Job Title: Technical Support
Workplace: Baghdad
Time of work: 9-4pm
Salary: start from 600,000 according to experience + Percentage of work
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist users by resolving technical issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT-related processes. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems, as well as providing timely and effective solutions to meet users’ needs, provide exceptional support to our clients and internal teams. In this role, you will address software-related inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that our customers can fully leverage our software solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and guidance, ensuring customer satisfaction and software performance.
Qualification
1- Bachelor degree in computer engineering or any Similar department.
2- 2 years’ pf experience in technical support.
3- Former work in same duties.
4- Understanding customers when communicating with all their scientific capabilities
