The Black Joomla team tried to introduce more users to Joomla by offering a free plan (which allowed users to download one file per month) and to provide a good solution for users who could not pay $10 per month.
But unfortunately, many users abused this gift.
Some users created over 100 user accounts and thought they were being clever!
Therefore, our policy has changed a bit.
Free downloads (one file per month) are now only available from among certain files, not all files.
At your request, the site's policy changed from point-based downloads to subscription-based downloads for the convenience of users, but unfortunately, the behavior of some users is changing our direction.
