ماده 644 قانون مجازات اسلامی
دیه فلج کردن هر دست دوسوم دیه دست، دیه فلج کردن هر انگشت دوسوم دیه همان انگشت، دیه قطع دست فلج یک سوم دیه دست و دیه قطع انگشت فلج یک سوم دیه همان انگشت است.
