Please open the exam Guidebook in the link below and be familiarized with all the necessary information for upcoming Mid-term Examinations in Fall 2024:

*Please do not download or take a picture of the given files because there may be updates

❗Information updates (exam schedule, exam attendance) will be given in that file, so please keep checking the file every day until the 1st day of exam week.

Important Note:

❗️Each student must check his or her semester attendance status upon the exam week and ensure there is no failed course by attendance. The final exam score of the student who failed the class by attendance is considered invalid.
❗️All students must read the given information carefully and follow all the exam rules mentioned in the guidebook
❗️All exams will be on campus.
❗️Students may enter the exam hall only with their Students ID card
❗️A correction pen is not allowed.

We would like to inform you that your previously failed courses have been thoroughly analyzed and cross-referenced with the current Fall 2024 Timetable. The courses available for retake in the Fall 2024 semester that align with your schedule have been assigned to you. Additionally, these retaking courses have been uploaded to the HERO LMS for your convenience. Please start attending the retaking courses according to your schedule. Attendance is mandatory.

Please check your email and find attached a document containing the relevant information. We kindly ask you to search for your ID within the file to identify the courses in which you are enrolled.
