2️⃣دواء Sertraline يعتبرMinimal Renal Clearance بمعنى الطرح بالكلى يكون قليل
اغلب الدواء يتكسر عندliver ،مايحتاج الي dose  Adjustment مقارنة بقية ادويةdepression...
3️⃣يعتبر
lower risk of QT prolongation compared to some other SSRIs
فيعتبر مفضل للجماعة الكلى واهل القلب
