💠 Imam Hasan ibn ‘Ali al-’Askari (as):

“… I swear by Allah that he (Imam al-Mahdi) shall go into an occultation such that none shall be saved [during that period] from destruction, except the person whom Allah, Glorious and Grand is He, makes firm on the belief of his Imamate [of Imam al-Mahdi] and whom He grants the Divine ability (tawfiq) to supplicate for his speedy advent.”

قَالَ الإِمَامُ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍِّ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ : ... وَ اللٌّهِ لَيَغْيِبَنَّ غَيْـبَةً لاَ يَنْجُوْ فِيهَا مِنَ الْهَلَكَةِ إِلاَّ مَنْ ثَـبَّتَ اللٌّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ عَلـى الْقَوْلِ بِإِمَامَتِهِ وَ وَفَّقَهُ (فِيهَا) لِلدُّعَاءِ بِتَعْجِيلِ فَرَجِهِ.

💠 Prayer for him, for his Companions, and for the Rulers after him

On the authority of Maqatil b. Maqatil: Abu al-Ḥasan al-Reza (as) said,
"What do you say at your Friday prayer’s qunut?"
I said: What other people say.
The Imam (as) said, "Do not say like what they say; rather say:

‘O Allah! Keep Your servant and vicegerent (The Lord of Time – as) safe and sound, by what You kept Your messengers and prophets safe and sound; surround him by Your angles; empower him by Your Holy Spirit (Gabriel); set guardians in front and behind him to safeguard him of any harm; transform his fear to security so that he would worship only You and take no one as Your partner; do not make any of Your creatures dominate over him; give him permission to wage jihad against them – who are Your and his enemies – and make me one of his helpers. Verily, You have power over all things."
