At the end of the February 18th gathering of Iranians in Geneva, simultaneously with and in support of Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi’s speech at the UN Human Rights Summit, Shirine Khaksar, a member of the Iran Novin Party, delivered the concluding statement issued by the gathering's organizers addressing the suffering of the Iranian people under decades of oppression. She called for isolating the Islamic Republic, holding its officials accountable, and recognizing Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi as the leader of the opposition to the Islamic Regime and the rightful representative of the Iranian people.
