💠 Quran Light

O’ you who believe! Be in awe of Allah and speak you the right word,
يا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّـهَ وَ قُولُوا قَوْلاً سَدِيداً

📖 Surah Al-Ahzab, Verse 70

⚜️ The Arabic word /sadid/ is derived from /sadd/ with the sense of ‘firm’ and ‘unchangeable’ which adapts with the truth, and reality. It is a statement which is similar to a strong dam, stands against the waves of corruption and falsehood.
Then, if some of the commentators have rendered it into ‘right’, and some others into ‘free from false and idle talk’ or ‘outward being adapted with inward’ or the like, all are meant in the above inclusive meaning.

💠 The Resurrection will not Come until He Reappears

Imam al-Reza (as), on the authority of his forefathers (as):

"The Resurrection will not come unless the Rightful Riser from us will rise. That is when Allah grants him permission to do so. Whoever follows him will be saved, but whoever opposes him will be destroyed.
Remember Allah! O servants of Allah! Go towards him even if he is on snow or ice as he is the vicegerent of the Exalted and Glorious Allah and my successor on Earth."

💠 A great achievement

Imam Reza (as)‏ said,

If you desire to earn the reward equivalent to that of those who were martyred along with Hussain (as), whenever you remember him, say: “Oh! Would that I had been with them! A great achievement would I have achieved!”
